Cancellation Policy
Online appointments must be made 48 hours in advance to allow time for research & preparation. To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at support@gimbelvisionsound.com at least 24 hours in advance. We have a no refunds policy, except in the case that an online appointment is successfully cancelled a minimum of 24 hours in advance, with confirmation by Gimbel Vision & Sound personnel, and is not completed at a later time.
